Only offer services you are reasonably competent to provide.
Do not falsely claim experience, qualifications or professional status.
Help customers make an informed choice
Profiles and services must accurately explain what you can help with.
Know your limits
You can decline or end a request where it falls outside your skills or you don't believe you can appropriately help remotely.
Be professional
Treat customers respectfully and maintain appropriate boundaries.
Protect privacy
Do not record, screenshot, publish or share private sessions or personal information without appropriate consent.
Be reliable
If you make yourself Available Now, be genuinely available.
Make reasonable efforts to attend accepted bookings on time.
Keep your profile honest
Do not use false qualifications, fabricated testimonials, misleading gallery content or misleading claims.
