Be respectful

Treat creators and customers with basic courtesy.

No harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, deliberately humiliating behaviour or persistent unwanted contact.

Disagreement is fine. Abuse isn't.

Keep it appropriate

LiveHowTo is a mainstream skills and practical-help marketplace.

Do not use profiles, galleries, messages, calls or live sessions for sexual content, sexual requests, nudity or sexually inappropriate behaviour.

Do not try to turn an ordinary session into something it was not booked for.

Respect boundaries

Creators decide what they offer.

Customers decide what they are comfortable participating in.

If somebody says no, declines a request or ends a session, respect that.

Nobody owes another user continued contact.

No hate or discrimination

Do not attack, demean or discriminate against other users.

Be genuine

Do not impersonate someone else or deliberately misrepresent your identity, skills, experience or qualifications.

No fake reviews or ratings manipulation.

No scams or exploitation

Do not scam, deceive, pressure or financially exploit another user.

Do not request passwords, banking credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

No recording without consent

Do not record, screenshot, publish or distribute private sessions without appropriate consent.

Don't misuse the platform

No spam, malicious reporting, deliberate disruption, attempts to bypass account restrictions or other deliberate misuse.

Prohibited services

LiveHowTo is not a platform for:

• Medical advice
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Gas work or guidance
• Electrical work or guidance
• Plumbing work or guidance

These services must not be listed or provided through LiveHowTo.

Breaking the rules

Depending on the circumstances, LiveHowTo may warn a user, restrict features, remove content, remove Creator access, suspend an account or permanently remove an account.
